We want you to be happy with your First Lifesaver purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please email info@firstlifesaver.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We’ll send you return instructions.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@firstlifesaver.com and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Purchases from Other Retailers

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through FirstLifesaver.com. Items purchased through Amazon, Etsy, or other retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase.
