We stand behind the quality of our products. First Lifesaver products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal function of the product, including:

• Defective stitching or seams

• Defective or broken zippers

• Defective buckles, clips, or hardware

• Material or construction defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic wear, stains, fading, or discoloration

• Accidental damage or misuse

• Damage caused by improper care or cleaning

• Alterations or modifications

• Lost or stolen products

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you experience an issue with your product, please email info@firstlifesaver.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

If your claim is covered under our warranty, we will work with you to repair or replace the product as appropriate.
