ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During holidays, promotions, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

U.S. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Available shipping options and rates for orders under $50 will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@firstlifesaver.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@firstlifesaver.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.

First Lifesaver is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
